M105 + S-805 custom trailer

I like those HMMWV shelters, they have a little more room inside than a S-250 shelter, without going to the size of the S-280. Might be good also for a build on a deuce, have this shelter mounted in the bed towards the back, with a HIAB up front in the bed.

Great work! Way to save a M105, most would've just scrapped it, but you got mad skills.

danger the interior is really hard to get pictures of. those pictures i posted are scanning from passenger side entry around to drivers side.

I havn't been able to make it to the scales but it's not nearly as heavy as the specs state. Mike and I were pushing it around on the 105 frame to get it adjusted for final mounting.

Didn't get a whole lot done tonight, got even less pics of the progress. I got some 12v tail lights mounted and some wires ran. not sure what to do for deuce compatibility, I'd honestly rather have military lights but sourcing the lights and the harness isn't possible right now. I mounted the jack and got the tongue off the blocks. the tires on my jack are pneumatic but i have some solid rubber on order.

It is a harbor freight $30 special. If you look in some of the earlier pics youll see it with the original foot still on. Its just been highly modified.

more trailer p0rn. I just finished the receiver tubes for the back combo. came up with a light mount that doesn't get blocked by said combo and shouldn't be a problem with the boxes i'll add to the rear to make wheel wells

Finally got some parts painted so i can start some sub assembly, these are pics of my folding rear step/cargo/porch . looking forward to getting them fully welded and seeing them with paint.

those 280's are a real nice size. what does the interior of that one look like? were you using it as a camper?

Jtron I have some tail lights from the M 105 when i did mu Bobber. Any way if you would like them i can ship them to you if you will pay the shipping. BTW the camper looks great!! And im very jealous. Was thinking about building a 4 door Deuce and the idea was to get a M109 and make a camper out of the back. But it would b big.

Not much progress, got the cargo carrier/porch made, just need to decide if i'll bolt it to my folding stringers or weld. i'll decide tomorrow and start on my fold away steps and cargo hold downs.
