Mighty fine looking kit!! I just bought my first duece last Friday. Tomorrow Im ordering 53s and the suspension parts to bob it. oh, and not to thread jack but has anyone ever heard of moding the rear suspension on a duece to clear 53s on a non bobbed truck? Im considering doing something like that on a second truck to use as a work/advertisement truck but I hear the biggest you can run in the rears are 46s without them touching. All I know is it cant be left stock. As soon as you work up a price message it to me if you dont mind. If the price is right I will just buy your kit as opposed to building my own. Keep up the good work!!

I stopped by and saw Kyle's operation in person. The stuff he's doing in top notch, and he's a cool dude too! Saw a lot of his axle stuff and his fab quality. I couldn't speak more highly of him! (Even for being a mud truck guy! LOL)

Matt is a great guy to deal with and the wealth of knowledge he has on military vehicles is mind boggling. He was throwing so many numbers for trailers, trucks ext . . i though i was back in math class lol. Hope to do business with Matt again!!

Thank you Monkeyfist. Designing's will beginning on a kit for another customer in the next few weeks that will spread the rear axles, length the wheelbase and allow the use of the 53" tires with the dual axles in rear. Stay tuned.

LIFT KIT DETAILS AND PRICING


Pictured above is the base lift kit including everything necessary to lift you m35a2/a3 8inchs over factory ride height. (upon ordering decisions will be made upon placement of holes on bottom support plate that bolts to frame rails. Wheelbase depicts where the bolts will be positioned)

Base face plates that will be included with above lift kit.


Bump stop extenders that bolt to the bottom of the frame on front axle limiting upward travel to 6inchs.


Outside support plates that fasten to frame and welded to hanger system.


Flange for removable cross member allowing easy access to transmission repair and removal. Center has been machined .125 deep so that 2" OD x.120 wall tube centers itself.

Assembly option. These hangers are assembled with plates fully welded inside also with 5, 1/2-13 nuts (on each hanger) welded in place for original hanger mount.

I haven't forgotten!!! lol No worries, you are next on my list for the smaller lift

For steering right now i make a full hydro mount that follows the contour of the rockwell axle housing to each leaf spring perch. This plate is cut from 3/8 steel and included two gussets. Included with the plate is a 1 5/8 x .120 wall DOm tube bent on each end.


I am interested in making a drop arm for the steering box and a raiser for the king pin if people would like to keep mechanical steering. But i need one customer that would like to help "test and tune"

I have these plates cut for another customer. So i will get better pics.






For driveshaft mods the rear is up to the customer depending on what wheelbase is wanted. The front i recommend extending the original driveshaft 3" so full articulation can be achieved.

That is a possibility. I was thinking of using a 99-03 ford superduty steering box with monster drop pitman arm to lower the drag link enough to clear the oil pan. But that is my main concern is the oil pan. Then also make a trac bar mount so bump steer would be eliminated.

Matt, I would like to have a arm cut from 1" (or larger) thick plate add gusseting to both sides and have the inside broached for the original steering box.

I have the front brackets for hubs flipped out done and brackets for hubs flipped in on the rear. Only thing i need to finish is brackets for the rear with hubs flipped out.

So hahahah on all of you !!! lol

Kyle thanks for posting all the pictures, all the info you have shared is pretty helpful. I decide to have a local shop with a CNC cut my kit out. Hopfully by next week it will be ready to bolt on. I really like the design and I think it will work well.

Cool and good luck. So what kind of machine are they cutting the plates on?

They have a large CNC Plasma Table as well as an Oxy Torch Table I would guess that they are using Plasma. I have them cut all my Steel Targets from AR400, normally I will just hand them a disk with the CAD file and they cut it. I didnt have them do all the cool " engraving" that your kit has but I believe it will function well. Once I get the thing done I'll post up some pics. Right now Im getting ready to pull the rear axle and springs.

Im still hunting for a place to do the drive line, 1st place quoted me about $500 to strech it alittle OUCH, didnt see that coming.
