Thanks guys, I have the "button" as a backup. The problem is that I had to pull the Hillbilly printed circuit card because the glow plugs wouldn't turn off. I am thinking that the sensor is bad telling the card that the engine is cold.

Good day to all. NAPA does not have the TS4032SB sensor but they do carry the TS4032. I can not find any difference. Will the TS4032 work in the M1009?

I know the USMC had data plates, did the army and air force have data plates on their M1030 250cc motorcycles? All the pictures of army bikes have have seen have no stencil for a registration number on fender or gas tank. I can't find any data plates either. If you have an Army or Air Force...

Also no 24vdc slave plug, missing blackout driving light and CUCV II had Chevy emblem delete....hope that helps.

Military spec is Dot 5 silicone based, I have never seen black stuff in master cylinder. It would not be black even if Dot 3 ( glycol ) was mixed in by mistake.

The brush guard is for a CUCV II and I have had it for 10 years.

Mine had the same problem, replaced the black out light switch and solved the issue.

Did CUCVs every have the FFI panels installed in the sand box. I came across a set of three that came off a 5- ton and wondered if the CUCV ever had these in theater. Thanks
