    Quotes with M1009 resellers

My experience taught me that if you are not driving a car less than five years old and stone stock then you are pretty much boned. The best chance of top compensation for the loss of a unique or modified vehicle is agreed/stated value insurance which involves an appraisal of the vehicle...

My CUCV spin on fuel filter mod

You definitely have a fuel/air leak somewhere in the system. Check every connection from the tank to the injectors, it's somewhere!

    M1009 rear axle lawsuit

This post contains information I received verbally from a lawyer reportedly involved in a lawsuit against General Motors in the 1990's regarding a manufacturing defect in the rear axle shafts used in the M1009. This post is NOT intended to spark a debate on ANYTHING! This post is intended to...

    CMT-F Tactical Trailer

Interesting to know that there were more of these trailers out there, it's definitely NOT an MSPU unit.

Who won what on 12 NOV?

I know this is an OLD thread, but mine recently purchased off of Ft Hood was empty too, and I want to know what it was used for too! The thread I started on the subject: http://www.steelsoldiers.com/showthread.php?122805-CMT-F-Tactical-Trailer

Mine is on the dataplate mounted on the right side of the tongue. If you don't have that dataplate then you don't have a serial number!

I saw those SPIRIT trailers but decided to go for the CMT-F instead. The CMT-F looked newer, in better shape, and were a LOT closer to me!

    CMT-F Tactical Trailer

I just found several Silver Eagle cargo trailers (M1101/M1102 style) with dataplates marked "CMT-C" with 1997 production dates. It appears that Silver Eagle used the "CMT" designation for their early contract trailers made before the surge brake system upgrade. CMT-C is the cargo variant and...

    CMT-F Tactical Trailer

I had that thought this morning, I will email them a photo and see what happens, this one is a Silver Eagle.

    CMT-F Tactical Trailer

Here are the photos from GL. If you Google image search "CMT-F trailer" the only images you find will be three of the four trailers in this auction, for some reason the photos of my trailer didn't come up (so mine is not pictured here). The unit with no cover and unpainted frame I believe is the...

    CMT-F Tactical Trailer

We picked up the trailers today and STILL have no idea what it was used for. Inside, under the cloth cover, was a cargo net and ratchet straps to secure a load, but no sign of what the load was. The aluminum frame is very nicely made, looks machine welded, so I don't think this was fabbed on...
