Ohio pick up and back to NJ.

What are you doing with this stuff? I hope you are not another Malecheck? He bought all the surplus he could and then the gov came in and said he could not do anything with it. When he passed he was a millionaire. But the gov took everything. Including the tepee he was living in. He had some...

I thought I was bad. Yes but I don't like tarps so I would run the enclosed trailer. Loading maybe an issue. Can the stuff be hand trucked off the pallets? If not I will run open trailer and tarp.

    Red's deuce/camper project

I don't think the input shaft and gears in the second trans will thake the torque out of the fist box in the low gears and the T-case will not handle the torque of both boxes in low gears. Now if you drive sanely and stay on the road you can get away with it, but the first time you torque the...

    Winch help

Soak with pb blaster. Rock winch drum as you turn the plunger shaft. If you have a slide hammer and good vice grips try slapping in out. At least if you get this out you can strip the wich line off the drum. Mine was rusted in too. When you reassemble, use neversize! The TM I posted has a great...

    Winch help

Part "A" is one assembly consisting of, plunger, retaining nut, spring, lever or know, and hex nut. The hex nut holds the assembly together. The retaining nut is screwed directly into the winch enframe. The hex nut is 9/16" or smaller. The retaining nut is 3/4"or larger. The TM pic does not show...

    Winch help

Take the next nut off. I tried to put a pic here but can't. Check TM 9-2320-209-34-2-3 page 18-11 item 7 plunger, item 9 spring, item 8 retaining nut, item 4 plunger or lever, item 6 is hex nut.

    Winch help

That is the plunger only. The thin hex nut still in the winch picture. The spring is under the hex nut along with the plunger. The plunger diameter is larger than the hole in the nut. I am not talking about the nut and handle you have off. Take a had look at the parts listing and how they are...

    Deuce Light Rack Build

You do not need a special tool to install. Just use a bolt and nut with two wrenches. Hold the nut and tighten the bolt. Hole size is very important. Use a new bit. Better yet drill hole undersized and use the proper reamer. Keep the picks coming.
