take your generator to a good rebuilder. its 3 bolts i think to replace it.

the gen1 and heater are not friends... check your grounds. that was my issue when having the same problem... insufficient amperage i believe to the blower motor. i actually still have to finish cleaning all the contacts.

i actually had a guy asking all kinds of questions about my truck before we went to oklahoma... he asked me how much i wanted for it... i told him 15000 and i'll consider it. :-D i just like this truck too **** much.
