    Hub/spindle assembly

A few weeks ago I was driving down the road doing approx 45mph when my front rt tire decided to take a detour. From my understanding the locking washer was not installed properly which allowed the bolt to back off therefore letting the wheel to set itself free. I purchased a new spindle as the...

    Spindle

I finally found out what the vibration was on my 998. While going to a meeting yesterday morning the front rt wheel decided to depart from the vehicle. Turns out whoever performed the last maintenance on it did not use the locking tabs on the washers to lock in the nut. The threads are a...

    My New Toy... HMMWV

I know this is a touchy subject but, I don't drive this off road, I maintain about 35 psi in ea tire. Is that too low? Should I bump it to 45psi? Someone told me a while back that if the tire was under inflated that the run flat could not "situate" itself in the tire and cause a bounce...

    Antenna ?

    2 man setup ?

the curtain currently is tucked between the seats and the bulkhead but the strap on the bottom of the curtain is a bit too long so the curtain flaps when driving, hitting me in the back of the head. I also get water that runs up from the back side and soaks the seat cushions when it rains. Was...

I see pictures of other 998's with the curtain tucked between the seat and bulk head and others with it outside the bulkhead. Which is correct? Is it a matter of preference?
