    14.00 x 20's keeping all three axles

I have actually considered doing that and using coil springs on the axles instead of leafs. Just a consideration that will probably never be followed through.

Deuce oil change at oil express!

I wouldn't mind coming along for that trip, haha. I have a buddy in Amelia I've been meaning to visit. I think he's spotted your truck around, he's asked me if I know anyone with green iron up there. You're one of a few though, I'll give a hollar when I'm in the area.

    6 inch stacks on deuce

Is the troop/cargo bed going back on the truck or what are your plans? Maybe I missed that part.

    6 inch stacks on deuce

Did the stack kill most, if not all, of the whistle from the turbo?

    Move Stock Deuce Bed Back

The stock suspension is the best reasonable option for offroading then? I might just look into what others have done, like Hotrod.

    Move Stock Deuce Bed Back

I have considered doing this, but my modifications would go a little further than just the bed. I have been considering moving the rear/rear axle back as well and moving the bed back about a foot. I have considered setting up each rear like they would be on a bobber, but keeping the dual...

    powerstroke in a Deuce

I have thought about going with a 7.3 IDI, a friend of mine has one in his Ford F350. While not as great as a Cummins would be, I could probably get the entire engine and transmission for 1/3 of the cost.

    XM381 Upgrades

There's a field expedient way to run an ipod over the vic3 system. In my MRAP here in Iraq, we have a set of headphones taped to the mic of one of the extra headsets with it set to intercom. The headset is sat near the truck commander and plugs those headphones into his ipod. Works great and...

    Clutch Alingment Tool

I used a couple of sockets. I forget the sizes however. The larger socket was a 1/2" drive impact socket and the other was a 3/8" drive regular socket, both deep well. I used a little tape to make the fit snug. Transmission went right in and it didn't cost me a dime. The regular socket fits...

    Not enought numbers in VIN

Here in Kentucky, they had to enter it differently. I think they called it a "non-standard VIN" and had to do a couple things differently on the computer. It still took a call to the main office in Frankfurt and two experienced clerks to get it done.

    Middle axle out of alignment

If the middle axle is just slid a little sideways, parallel to the rear axle, I would assume that it's normal because of the scrub (right term?) when turning.

    Does my flywheel look ok?

I just went through all of this and wish I would have replaced the seal when I did my clutch job. I did the clutch, then the main started leaking, so I had to drop the transmission again. The flywheel is in the neighborhood of 80lbs, I would agree.
