    I had mine sandblasted when it came back I used a needle scaler on the tight spots. Worked great even in corners.

    Wow you got ripped...go through AAA and get Historical Vehicle plates...you could have saved $600 I drive mine all over all the time and never have an issue. You are allowed to drive around, fuel etc. It's not that restrictive.

    It's most likely inside the dash and vents. A HEPA filter won't remove it from deep inside. You will have to pull the dash and strip it to the fire wall.

    Thats a whole lotta gunk there. Proper cleaning and alignment should solve the problem. If you're still concerned you can switch to air brakes.
