It did not go to the floor in the yard. The last time that I drove it I had to pump the pedal one time before I got a good pedal. It would stop fine without pumping it, but it just felt a little better after doing it once. This time it stopped at the first stop, but at the second stop it just...
Took the Deuce out this morning and had no brakes. Luckily I was still in my neighborhood when I figured it out. My question is, if the master is full of fluid should I be looking at the hydroboost as the problem?
Yes, leave them in. I installed a Overson locker in my bobbed Deuce in the rear and it helps tremendously!! I have another that I have yet to install in the front but with the 53's it doesn't get stuck very often with just the one in the rear. I just haven't had the time to put the one in the...
The part #'s are:SC-2217, 3"x 9" double ended ram
FH-PSC200/3, 12.0 C.I. steering control valve
FH-CLC04, steering column (use whatever length you need)
PSC-SC16, Large clevis end kit...
I got a 3" dia double ended ram from PSC, I think that it has a 9" stroke. Also, the pump is not stock. It is higher pressure and volume. When you call them, just ask them about the stuff they sold me (Allan Cotton) sometime in Feburary of this year. If they don't know exactly what I purchased...
I fully agree with that last statement! Please, if you are looking into full hydro on any vehicle especially if it is going on the highway, get an engineered system from someone like PSC. They have worked out everything, are very knowlegable over the phone, and will 'steer' you in the correct...
I do run full hydro on mine. I don't think that it is illegal in Florida since all of the concrete trucks running around have it on them. At least the ones around here. It is a great system from PSC with a return to center orbital valve. It will also still steer without the engine running...
I have seen them check fuel tanks at tractor auctions. They go around the parking lot and check everyones tank and ticket the ones with dyed fuel in them heavily. I have never heard of anyone checking a military truck though.
I have a hard time getting mine to 165 degrees on a 95 degree day with my foot on the floor and 53" tires. Maybe my gauge isn't reading correctly but it sure doesn't seem hot at all. I don't have the fuel turned up though.
    If I had an engine that had chunks like that comming out for 8,000 miles and it kept running, I would let it run until it expolded :D . I also thought that these engines were very tough but holy crap!!! Now really, I would also suggest pulling the pan and...
I haven't run into any problems getting WMO down here yet. Not to many people with oil heaters in Florida thank goodness. Every shop that I have inquired at will give it away with smiles on their faces.
I purchased one of the filter housings from Lowes a few months ago just like the ones above. It has a clear housing with the metal threaded inserts. In and Out are 3/4" and the top of the canister has a valve to go from bypass-off-filter. It comes with the honeycomb 5 micron filter in it for...
