I've had approx. 5 tons of river rock in mine, rides nice with that weight. Still stopped just fine and only took a little longer to get to speed. Again, they're rated for 5 tons on the road, but I've heard of them being loaded MUCH heavier. :shock:
I believe it will run just fine without the cluster.....I just changed mine out to a new cluster and ran it in the garage without it. (never rolled down the road) Give it a crank and roll out!
