I just replaced both the inner and outer cap gaskets (there are two) on my M1009, purchased from LMC, quality looks good, used the special glue from NAPA to hold them in place, had to stretch them a bit to reach end to end, but stopped the rain from leaking.

Is the chart for the actual glow plug temp sensor or just Representative of a thermistor function? I suspect the sensor on my truck is the cause for the glow plugs to continue to turn on after the truck should be warm enough. I can hear the relay click on/off sometimes intermitant like a bad...

I thought this may have been the problem, so I cut off the end of the return line where the clamp is, but still leaks, I clean off the area with brake cleaner so I can see exactly where it is leaking, and appears to leak from the line connection or just below it(??).
