My brackets for the bumper, connected to the frame, were cracked almost all the way in half.... Not the outside supports. If I had done this it would have made the bumper look like a V. Be safe, I'd hate to see anyone get hurt.

I cut off the mufflers before I installed a banks turbo on my m1008 just to see what it would sound like. I think I'd rather drive a riced up civic with the muffler plumbed into the cab. It was truly the worst thing I've ever heard. I still have nightmares. :(

If you are sure there is not blockage with the air then pop test the injectors. Sounds like the tips are wearing out.
