What is your idle speed?
Try turning it up a little, say 700 RPM.
I have one that I had to set at 800 RPM to prevent stalling on relerase of throttle.

I installed one in my M37, and very pleassed with the results. Starts better, runns better, idles better. Very simple to install. Hightly recommend.
Keeo in ind, not EMP prove so keep a set of points and coil available in case of an emergency.

I have an M275A2 and I find that due to the short length, and lack of a cargo bed, the truck is easier to drive than the M35A2.
I have the non-turbo, and the truck runs very well.
