Never seen an M880 with the blackout lights in the bumper, Do you mean the CUCV ? On my M880, The front cat eyes are mounted to the grill just above the headlights, and the rear cat eyes are mounted just below the tail lights.

Yes, some of these trucks were delivered to the Canadian military. however I have not seen an M880 with a kilometre speedo so I cant say for sure if the trucks sent up north were any different than ours......
