RE: Re: RE: m35a2 prices? Some of the auctions at Drexel ended today with a majority of trucks sold for $1500 or less. Some were listed as 'truck starts' while some said that the batteries were dead (whatever that means). Cheapest deuce went for 1071.00. High was 3110.00

Id keep Memphis equipment or some surplus engine supplier on speed dial. Might wanna tow a jeep behind the deuce for long trips.

Got old joint out by beating it with a sledge. Took yolk and hit it with white lith grease. Tapped the newjoint caps into place gently and put joint into position. Pressed caps into yolk with vice until bearings were in position and then tapped them into place with a sledge. Clips were a...

Although it was pricey my IP was rebuilt by Magera Diesel Inc out of Crown Point. I wasnt happy about the price but MY GOD is it a different truck... a lot quicker, idles smoother, no motor valley leak. I didnt do the install but all seems well so far.
