Are you getting 24v out of the start switch? The diagram should tell you what terminal to look for this on. If you jump 24v to the switch terminal and the engine crankd i would think you have a bad switch.

That gauge means nothing until you have learned what your specific set will put out. Just by what that heat gun showed on the gauge should tell you that the gauge is not correct. How long have you ran the set? Are you sure the oil pressure gauge is wrong? Thats a bad gauge to guess on. There...

Crank it with no fuel to the lines to build oil pressure and if you want to get fancy put a few oz of oil in each cylinder.

Cool idea! Im suprised that 350w was able to keep the oil that warm. You should stick your temp probe in my the fuel tank. Gelled fuel is alot more of a deal killer than cold oil.
