Does Hertz rent M925s now? Do they come with the optional GPS? Again this year I will be leaving a bit late, so won't be there to drive up with you guys. See you guys there at Aberdeen though.
Very Very nice work. I bet that portion will end up stronger then the military version too as the military version is a casting. Did you cut that with a pattern or with a 2D CNC cutting system?
I should have posted this earlier, but is anyone interested in an IBC containers? I probably could stuff a few on my deuce, but they have to be spoken for ahead of time. I will order them early tomorrow if they can be had before my departure time. They were $75 las time I asked. I was curious if...
Great work. I am so happy to see someone pushing forward on these prelubers. What about deleting the male-to-male adapter that screws into the plate on the oil pan by just having the 90-degree screw into it. I worry about something hitting it too. At least that would pull it up an inch or so.
It is a chunck of change, but then again it looks like an awful nice truck. People will pay more for a truck they don't have to mess with for sure though.
Nice testing method there. I would love to see some really accurate testing going on with several stock M35s to get a good base line of what a deuce will get. That could lead to some interesting list of mods or maintenance to do to keep it up there. I know some of this has been beaten around in...
RE: Washing the duece?
Power washer for me. Just don't get too close. A little bit of elbow grease with a brush is useful for the nasty areas too. Just be careful as some paint loser then other paint. Start mild and work harder if it works ok. I find that starter fluid works well to clean up...
4A032-4 NOS Gas Engines in the crate. The general purpose 4 cylinder engine found in many generators and air compressors among other things.

I have a M35 winch I would like to sell for $300. It looks...
If anyone needs any of my M105 sides please speak up. I won't be bringing anymore sets then I have requests for this time around. Those that are left home will most likely be getting close and personal with my chainsaw as it has been a year now. I will do deals for multiple sets.
I also have...
I am very interested in finding out if there are going to be any cranes, wrechers, or forklifts at Aberdeen too, as I might have a couple heavy things to move. I know I will need some help getting my motorcycle out of my M35 at the least.
While the square or round recessed back plate is not the most attractive they do provide more surface area for the load to be spread over. Those bolts could pull out with too much load. I have some of the square ones I plane to install later. I often wonder about water getting trapped between...
The horse followed as close second by the mule. Every military has used them for many thousands of years. In comparison our modern gizmos they have a far better track record.
RE: M105 SIDES,ROOF BOWS,ANYBODY FROM SC,GA ,ABERDEEN,(CIA),
I have a bunch of M105 sides that I am selling, and I will be at aberdeen. They are listed in the classifieds. I do have one set of wood bow, but they don't have great wood. That can be replaced though. If you can find a ride for them...
I have seen this type of crazy thing done in texas on the highway. I don't think I would try it for anything but the shortest of distances in an emergency. It is air assisted braking, so someone in the truck with a strong leg can work the brakes. Very iffy though. Borrow a tow bar is my...
I NEED a battery box!!! I might be interested in the plastic box you have there. Do you by any chance have the hold down too? My hold down looks like a tristed up noodle.
