I put some photos of my 712 in the photo gallery. there is a sub folder for a recent mud event that we went to. Lots of fun and really showed the built trucks what some old military stuff could do. We had two 712's and on 404 unimog there. The main photo album is "Mike's 712"

And someday I would like to have an M35 but until then I will have to stay with the smaller toys. I think we need an MV motor pool so we could drive all kinds when ever the desire struck.

After two and a half years of following/leading the 4X models around on the trails in our 6X and seeing how much fun they were having I think she will enjoy the 4X once it settles on her. I don't know if she will be comfortable with my driving it as aggressively as I drove the 6X though.

I found the reason my brake lights were not working on the truck was due to the connector for the brake light sensor was missing. Any one know where I can get one of these? Almost have the truck back on the road so brake lights would be nice.

RE: Slave cabel? You are most likely correct about the 24v issue. I think the Garbee truck was converted to a 12v system and thus why the 12v tag on the recepticle.
