    New LMTV owner

Awesome find on the crane. Did GP have an NSN for that kit or was it just the kit number of 57K1215 ? I missed them if they just auctioned off three and need to know how GP listed it so I can accurately search for more.

    CUCV Radiator Replacement

I did not use that one in particular, but the one I found (which I believe is linked earlier in this thread) did not match up with the oil and transmission cooler lines so I had to get new connectors for the hoses to match what was on the radiator. You may run into that problem with any designed...

    Mep-802a compression question

I am nowhere near the expert needed to really give you a yay or nay, but it doesn't seem too bad, and parts can be found here and on other sources (although generally cheaper here with better service!) Might be a fun garage project for the winter.

Get Your Popcorn Ready: Unicorn ALERT

So with a little bit of quick math, that will cost the buyer approximately $41,360 out the door in California once RB gets their 10% and the state tax gets lumped in. Thats a small fleet of LMTVs that could have been purchased instead of a cab without a truck. Amazing!

Are there any trailers big enough to haul an MRZR that work with a HMMWV?

For what it's worth, finding an actual military trailer to fit your needs may be near impossible. That being said, it's not that difficult to make a civilian or custom trailer look military. Just food for thought.

    SHC35 and SHC60 Battery

Z, I was looking at these (below). They would fit into the stock battery bow and seem to cover the needs. Since the heater recharges them, not a need for a lot of amp hours. Thoughts? Duracell Ultra 12V 2.3AH General Purpose AGM SLA Battery with F1 Terminals - SLAA12-2.2F at Batteries Plus

    SHC35 and SHC60 Battery

Reworking this thread to ask a question. I just picked up a SHC 60 and it still had the battery pack (batteries are toast after trying to recharge). I found for the battery box was easy to open and wonder if anyone has actually replaced the 12 batteries and resealed it up? It seems this could be...

    MBU Problems

Mike, Have you checked for power at the ends of the cord once plugged into the converter? That definitely sounds like a power cable or power converter issue and not MBU. I could see one not working, but all 8? I may have a griddle/burner side in my MKT stuff, for sure NOS 2 burner cables. Let...

    generator MEP802

I am still learning a ton about these generators. I see you are new to the site. Have you looked at the TM's for these. I know the MEP 802/803 are in the TM section. There will be plenty of experts here to help but help yourself become a little smarter by reading them. They are designed for...

    Water buffalo Lid Breather

Hi all...looking for some help locating the breather or vacuum breaker that screws into the lid of the M149. I run the NSN and part number from the TM ( 8741778 and 4730-00-168-2073) and find nothing that helps me identify it so that I can find an alternative. I also did several searches using...

Just bought a M1112 Water Trailer

Kind Sir......would you happen to have a link or part number for the vacuum breaker plug. Mine is missing and I am not finding anything using the NSN or part number listed in the TM. Thanks in advance

    M1101 Breakaway Brake

Have you also checked the brake fluid? Keep in mind the military uses DOT 5 so if its low make sure and get the correct fluid or drain the whole system and put in what you want. I have never actually tried to use the break away lever on mine as my brakes work as they should. Post some pictures...
