Radiator openings look a bit small, it'd probably do fine around Seattle, but cross over to the mountain and I suspect some overheating especially loaded or on a grade.
Just pressure washed my chassis, here is my mileage using Zep Industrial De-greaser/cleaner and 2500psi @ 2" away from frame:
1st) pressure washed no chemicals; removed all fresh and caked on grease, dirt and loose paint
2nd) sprayed on Zep Industrial Degreaser/cleaner at 100% concentrate let...
Removed all of the wiring, the cab, sprayed clean, applied zed industrial, waited 5 minutes and pressure cleaned again. The Zep worked great, I applied it undiluted which removed most of the old paint.

Hydraulic fluid in mine, smoothed out the 2 to 1 down shift except when its real cold. There are several viable options and many opinions for each. The TM is always the safe bet.
