I have another question. Can you start a Hmmwv with no batteries and have a slave cable jump pack as they did on govplanet. Or do you need to have batteries in then put the jump pack slave cable deal. Just wondering if I should make a claim?

Update Got the truck the other day. No batteries. I did borrow some to get it off the trailer and into my driveway. Any suggestions on what batteries to put in. Leaning towards the cheaper options.

Also how about the Harbor freight 24v jump pack? Same result. If that is good to go I would get one for the off load and then return it.🤫

No pictures of batteries. I did observe that they had the seat still installed with a jump pack and slave cable to start it. So moral of the story is dead batteries plus jump parks attached and left attached to start will equal some electrical problem. Or is it just bad for the batteries...

Anyone have dimensions of rear seat bases. I have a M1152A1 and looking to possible put some universal seat bases in. I have found a few online that are a good price and adjustable. Also i would be mounting some sort of aftermarket set as well. Anyone foresee any issues I would have? thanks,

Recently I acquired an M1152A1 2 man hardtop. My question is, will the B Pillar work with 4 man hardtop? Or is the B pillar integrated into the hardtop and a new B pillar would need to be installed for a 4 man hardtop.

Thank you! On GP they show it starting and running. Won’t start without jumping. Thinking that would be the start issue. It also has the rear drive shaft removed. Maybe just a U-Joint issue there at the minimum.
