I'd love to get some extensions, too bad they are probably impossible to find.
If anyone has a nice standard length cover they would like to trade I'd be interested.
When I bought my m105's one of them had 2 covers and all the bows in the back. Once of th covers has a brown piece spliced in so it es extra tall, but I don't have the side racks/ tall enough to fit the cover.
Was it pretty common to have an extra tall cover? How did they make the side...
I thought in opcom's thread about the 939 t-case it was determined the diff is on the correct side?
I have been told before that the 939 air brakes will bolt on to the 809 axles also. Everything from the backing plate out.
If you compare the TM pic to the actual, you can see cover #14 at the top of the 2nd pic and Plug 32 at the bottom. Based on that the outputs look fine to me.
Also, you hear of people wanting to put 939 axles into their 809 trucks for air brakes. If the outputs were flipped that wouldn't...
Calulators from www.4Lo.com
Here is a good site, use the MPH calculator.
Here is the post I mentioned on the 939 t-case.

If that ratio is actual, it seems you would be way under geared.
I remember another member posting that the M939 series t-case is not a 1:1 ratio in high range, it is (and I'm going off of a bad memory here) somewhere around .8 to .9 to 1. That would help you get a good ways towards where you want to be, and still keep the drivelines at very similar lengths...
This is not true in Michigan.
If it's for private use (no commercial at all) , and owned by yourself you don't need a CDl in michigan. It's listed on the exceptions page in the CDL literature.
Also, depending on year you can register it historical and save lots of $$'s.
Shameless plug: I...
Haven't you guys ever heard of the saftey squint? ;-)
I would like to find some of the saftey glasses w/ the foam seal around the eyes. I don't like the bulky sience class goggles they sell, plus the vent holes allow metal dust in.
Your front 60 will have 35 spline inner axles and 30 spline outer axles. I'm assuming your asking because you will need a new carrier to go down in ratio, so your gonna be concerned w/ the inner axle spline count.
14 bolts are @ 30 spline.
I fully intend to stay above the bridge. You guys can have the LP :)
No cheating the system, I walked into the DMV told her what it was and answered the questions, and I got what I got. When registered my Deuce Dump I had to title it commercial, and she said it was because it was a dump...
My deuce is titled as a Jeep M35a2. Regular plates.
Michigan has a CDL exemption for personal use, so I don't know why you would need a DOT insp. or med card. Why would he need chauffers license? He's not driving the thing for employment or hauling people.
