    Wright Patterson

:ditto::ditto::ditto::ditto: I rather drive 10 hours and deal with guys like Andrew in OH and 14 hours for Mike in Wi than 3.5 here in Michigan..:) They understand they are in sales and respect your equipment. To bad they do not get commission that would probably straighten up some other GL...

    Lansing MI M818

They should not be using a truck already sold for such things it no longer belongs to them. They have many to choose from that have not been sold yet. At all the other yards I have visited they use a truck that has not yet been sold or is a yard truck kept back for such things. I bet they have...

Oh and did I mention the two other M818's that need to go to NY? I think they liked our fancy paint jobs better than the Ft Drum ones? Must be the 10th Mountain Division is to hard on stuff so they opted for the 1073rd Transportation.:grd::beer::shock: Now what have I done!

    Lansing MI M818

I already volunteered. Lets do it Dr Dave! Plus I have "seem to have won" stuff strung out from Ohio to New York we can stop and get on the way back. Wish the M1009 would pull more we could tow bar it out and drive it back hauling and pulling my junk but I don't think it could handle the load...

Need Help from fellow MI Members!

Ida34 for governor! Unfortunately in certain areas they are trying to make money and bending such laws knowing you wont fight it and just pay. Its all about the Benjamens! They either get you at the SOS or they get you at DOT! I have historical plates on over 10 trucks. I drive them to and from...

Where was your CUCV built at?

It's my understanding they were all built"assembled" at the Flint Truck and Bus assembly plant. I have never seen one that said otherwise. So my guess is its a typo by GL.. Do not trust the serial numbers on the GL site. I bought two trucks that had different serial numbers than listed.. It...

M211 power pack transfer in WI

bump... Just looking for someone to lift the M135 motor and trans out of my truck and set it on Westy's trailer.. Its kind of heavy and long so using a portable engine hoist will be a bit difficult but can be done.. Trying to get it done fast and safe.. :-D Or maybe a garage with a big chain...

    Can anyone identify these?

Thanks Maddawg ! Any idea where we could find pictures and detailed info of the complete set up? It might end up a display some day. Did you see that one has a axle with ring and pinion? Did it drive itself somehow or did they just use the axle?
