    CUCV Starter GB CLOSED

Thanks emmado22 looks like your internet search panned out more them mine. I think that TM you linked to has some parts that my print out doesn't. I guess this is still on then. Since this is almost filled up there is a chance we could go for the second lot too if people want them. I am a...

    CUCV Starter GB CLOSED

Used ones go for $100 on ebay. I have seen new ones go for over 200. You can't always find any starters though. Does anyone have access to a good NSN lookup? The GL listing is calling these part number 1113591, NSN 2920-01-157-3765. The numbers that are on a military rebuilt starter I have...

    CUCV Starters on GL

Divoy I think you are right. I am only willing to go up to about $100 (115.50 actual high price) though as that is basicly what good working ones on ebay goes for. I have changed that GB offer on the other thread to reflect that change. If no one is interested at committing at that max price...

    CUCV Starters on GL

No one is going to get these for $10-15 for each starter as I am sure there are plenty of people thinking of ebay already. I am looking to bid on lucky lot number 13. I want three, so that leaves 10 for others in this buy. How about setting a max per starter being something like $57.75 plus...

    Tire tread wear pattern

Interesting link. I took these pics of wear pattern of my front tires. As you can see from the pics the wear is heavier on the back side of the lug. The left of the pic is the toward the front of the truck. I also found the same wear pattern on a few of the rears, but I suspect those are from...

    3 lever switch

I recently tore two apart in my work at getting my lighting to work. I don't think that the houseing is used for grounding at all.

    Headlights don't work.

I hate wiring! I printed out the important TMs for CUCV a while back, so I have the wiring diagrams. Compared to the deuce wiring diagrams the CUCV kind of sucks. I really like the numbered wires on the deuce. Anyways it turned out not to be the headlight switch. I decided to just pull each...

    Headlights don't work.

I am trying to figure out why my headlights are not working on my M1009. All the regular service lights work like normal. The blackout switch on the right it up. I have checked all the fuses on the panel under the dash and they are ok. I have voltage at the 30amp fuse. No voltage to the...

    Ether Start Kit on Ebay

I just found out after testing my flame starter that it is leaking diesel directly on my turbo when activated. If I can't get it stop leaking I might have to give this company a try. I don't mind keeping a spare tank around anyways. Where I live though I will seldom need it though.

Parting Deuce vs. selling complete prices.

I don't think it was just someone wanting the axles as there was another truck there too that was similar except it was missing the engine and tranny that went for $730. http://cgi.govliquidation.com/auction/view?auctionId=1024022&categoryId=1004 I also don't think that you could part that truck...

Parting Deuce vs. selling complete prices.

Great deal on a back saver for your Deuce

RE: Great deal on a back saver for your duece I have one in my garage that I decided not to use, because I did not think it could reach high enough to put a load in the back. Is this working for you? This thread has the one I was thinking of buying...

Turn signals don't work in Serv light position?

I fixed my term signals!!! For about 30 seconds then I touched the combo swtich to the 24v heater wire while reinstalling it. Now I have dash lights working and the BO parking lights. The heater, horn, starter all work. No headlights or regular driving lights. The original problem appears...
