It almost is the submarine deuce from the 50's. Would be nice to see a recreation of that. How long does/did it take to dry everything and clean it all out?

The canvas does not meet the bows all the way around, there is a small gap. That might be making you thing it does not fit. Or you could have got one made for the dump versions.

Go one step more, find out how to volunteer to help out. I did a couple years, boy did I learn a LOT. I found if you really want to hear the more interesting stories, do the late night or even over night shifts. A bunch of the vets don't want to be out with the rest of the people just looking...

There is no wait to start buzzer on a deuce, that I have ever seen. The buzzer you hear is the low air pressure warning. And the TM's for the deuce are under the resources tab above.

Good looking older truck. Funny how they take the individual gauges out and not the whole panel at once.

Very...um...different. I was rolling when they were moving the cab around without the bed.

Lock in the front axle and it went through 2 foot with no issues, even on normal tires.
