Regulator? Are you referring to the governor? It is located at the rear of the engine connected to the carburetor by a linkage. If so, start by lubricating the pivot points. If that does not work, remove it from the linkage, remove the 4 screws that hold it to the block. If it is filled...

Took advantage of the nice weather and loaded up the trailer for the upcoming shows at Sussex NJ and Findlay OHIO. Bringing along the A5 and TOW mule with the m gator.

I had the Gator at the USMC birthday bash at Cookies Tavern in Philly last November. Put it to work hauling kegs of beer. With the sides down we had 7 kegs of beer for the boys. Made that run 3 times( once every 45 minutes)

The generator motor is the next best thing to an original mule crate motor. The spin on filter set up is the way to go as the canister set up on the original motors can be tricky on the reinstall and prone to leaks. I have on each of my 3 mules. It is not the correct piece but it sure makes...

The electric starter was specifically added to accommodate the addition of the TOW weapons system for the mule. The starter used by the military was supplied by prescolite. They are hard to find. Wide tires ,fenders. Alternator and a transient voltage suppression system were added as well...
