I think it might look a little small perched up on the back of a tractor frame. Since you are not going to bob the truck you will have some frame uncovered, either in front or behind the bed. I would suggest using a deuce bed and cutting it down and saving the M105 since it's cherry.

You can put 395's on a stock deuce rim but I wouldn't do it. Get some HEMMT rims with adaptors or some A3 rims. I have both. PM for details.
