    wind

My M275 is NA and pulls like a big dog except on hills where it falls flat on it's face. Turbo will not affect performance as much as you think. Bypassing the FDC, turning up the fuel (install a pyro) and putting 1100x20's will help a great deal.

Trying to modify my Deuce to tow a U-haul, inexpensively

More important is who are you towing for? If you are doing this as a commercial venture you better have commercial tow insurance......one accident and a pit bull trial lawyer and you are done. Just a friendly warning.......your milage may vary.

Front Springs - No Idea where to post this

Short of finding a deuce that is being parted out you can use m105 springs and order the stock hangers from Memphis or one of the other usual suspects. Memphis is proud of their stuff but usually has what you need. There may be a MV boneyard on your route that someone knows about.

    M101a2 not dumping !!

Why not call it a "tilt' trailer instead of a dump? I can see where tilting can make loading/unloading something like a lawn mower or 4 -wheeler easier. You don't need long ramps and things aren't as likely to bottom out. As far as using it around the farm for hauling loads and ease...

5th WHEEL MOBILIZER ..? Hard to find..?

What am I missing here???? Are you saying that the rig as pictured is too tall???? If not get a trailer like that and use it. As far as the 13'6'' height limitation most interstate bridges are at a min 14 feet or better. Over height loads are routinely hauled all over the country with a...

    M101a2 not dumping !!

The pins may be rusted or gummed up to where they won't allow the trailer to dump.

    soy?'s

Rinse them out with a good solvent and then let them air dry or blow air through them with a shop vac to get them dry.

    Dropside

Carnac....I have one mounted on a bolster trailer (chained down not perm) that I will get rid of as soon as I get the load of metal off it. It is cosmetically challenged but solid. I'll take 500 bucks or interesting trade....haggling welcome and encouraged.

    Weight of cab

I have a cab tub with doors.....I can easily pick it up with my little Chinese diesel tractor loader....I estimate it to weigh around 600 pounds. (it is for sale by the way).

I hated it when the PC police got to Connie (my first ex-wife was a Connie...red hair too).

    Anyone seen an M26?

I went to a GL site in TN to pick up a Bolster Trailer......the building the GL office was in was guarded by a "Dragon Wagon". I think it was just the tractor. Very impressive beast but not very practical to drive around. One of the military guys at the place said they had attemted to get it...

    M313 equipment and options

The heating and AC systems in the one I had were old and non-operational. They are heavy too.......the load banks were there to test generators.....I'm not sure if there was a genny built into them or not.....mine had a fuel tank that I assume was there to power the diesel fired heaters...

How many problems am I gonna have?

What is Ohio's policy on titling an older vehicle? In Alabama if it is older than 1976 you can get it registered (not titled) with a Bill of Sale. Your milage may vary.
