I have a set of jumper cables made out of welding cable with very heavy clamps. Prob a lot cheaper than doing an install unless you are just looking for the cool factor. I have jumped many a deuce and 5 ton using them and never had an issue with not getting enough juice to start one.

The big multi-fuel is going to use a lot of fuel to turn a PTO genny. I concur with popular opinion...get a genny designed to make power. I have a friend that bought a deuce engine and tranny still mounted in the frame to do the same thing you want to do.......it is still sitting in his back...
