    M35a2 fuel in oil

Check your oil before you crank it every time....that happened to my Cummins in the 816 and when I fired it up it ran away because the fuel/oil mix got sucked into the cylinders and the only way I shut it down was by cutting off the air. Once you find the source of the leak you will need to...

    Shifter knob removal

Did you check to see if there is a "Jam nut" under the knob holding it in place? You might apply some heat with a propane torch....(very carefully) to expand the metal bushing that is inside the plastic knob. Get it warm and spray some Liquid Wrench or other lub onto it...the heat will suck it...

Ted's Trucks and stuff.........Dothan, AL '- Teds Trucks N Stuff Store - Military vehicles and parts, milirary surplus items' He has a lot of parts and most of the time beats the "usual suspects" by a few bucks and on shipping. They have always been good to me.

According to Gov Liq...i dont exist? WTF?

TWILIGHT ZONE THEME PLAYS "You're traveling through another dimension -- a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mindless inefficiency. A journey into an arduous land whose boundaries are that of frustration. That's a signpost up ahead: your next stop: Govenment Liquidation!"

    M116A3 Bustle Rack

Walter....man that turned out better than I thought it would...good job on the cuts. They would also be great to make an over the cab rack for a deuce like the Canadians do. They are about ten feet long in their original configuration. In case anyone is interested I still have a few of the...

    SR-71 Blackbird Flight Manual Declassified

If memory serves me a SR-71 once flew from London to Los Angles in four hours and some change.....and they routinely outran surface to air missiles......a quick getaway is a given in the "Blackbird". They met the same fate as the Battleships....they cost too much to operate and technology...

    800,000 BTU heater

Unless you are in Sibera.roflrofl We used the Herman Nelsons in Germany to heat the Maint tent and occasionally two GP mediums hooked together for a large dining tent. They suck fuel but could prob be ran on thinned down Waste Motor Oil or heated veggie.

Fun's Over in Bama, State Requires EPA/DOT Certificates of Conforminty

ABH3 and all others........I stopped by the Cherokee County DMV today and asked my source about the issue you raised on page one of this thread. She looked in her book of changes and updates and found NO NEW REGULATIONS concerning the registration of military vehicles built before 1975. NONE...

    Markmontana

Bobbed......it's never too late for an "ATTABOY". This is what Steelsoldiers is all about. There are a few stinkers in every group but most folks I have met here are good people. I try to help folks whenever I can and usually my efforts are returned in kind. The OD Green Iron Addiction...

    Removing under coating

No really good way to do it.....I had a Plymouth Duster that had that stuff on it. Acetone will dry the petroleum out of the asphalt base and it can be scraped or wire brushed off....it will take a lot of acetone and patience....do it in a well ventilated area and remember that acetone is very...

    R. Lee Ermey in person in Birmingham May 22?

James...send me specifics as soon as you get them.. Can you recon the site and see how many MV's could fit (if it is a stripmall or such). We might want to bring a crowd of SS and MVPA folks to meet the Gunny. I'll see how many of the North AL gang want to head down.....we can do a convoy...

    Hello All

YOU ARE DOOMED. Abandon hope all ye who enter here.

    .

Here are some pics of mine being used as intended. Remember..they have the same engine and driveline as the deuce (mine does not have a turbo). With a big load on you are not going anywhere fast...that's just a deuce.
  17. wreckerman893

    .

You would be wrong Sir. The M275 is lighter than a deuce and should not be used for flat towing anything heavier than it is...that is why it has a 5th wheel.
  18. wreckerman893

    .

It's not that people don't want them....as stated above they are rare. You can buy several deuces for what you'll pay for a M275. I have one and it would take $4500.00 to buy it in it's present condition (runs good, looks strange due to green fire dept paint). I was in and out of the Army...
