I don't know how well that "Ma Deuce" was mounted in that thing but unless it was hooked the the frame a few hundred round out of it would tear it apart......thats why only M-60's were mounted in smaller vehicles.

You will needs tire irons to correctly remove the split ring...you can get it done with prybars or BIG screwdrivers but you will prob lose some skin and exhaust your entire stock of profane language...ask me how I know.
If you are going to break down tires on a reg basis they are the best...
If gas is $2.50 a gallon and you mix it 50/50 with your free oil (almost free, your time is worth something) then your cost for deuce fuel is $1.25 a gallon.....cheap fuel these days.
Using new oil will save fuel filters too.
