Look for a truck broker that specializes in "Hot Shot" rigs. That is a big dually pickup truck pulling a gooseneck trailer. It will haul the deuce and they charge a lot less per mile than a big rig.
If you find one that needs a backhaul from Minn. you may be able to get an even better price...
Since you can lock those radios into a mount pretty easy it should keep some drooling moroon from jacking your stereo. Just remember to fasten down the speakers too.
That is one neat trick. 8)
It's like a Maxi-pad. Not the worlds greatest invention, but right up there next to it.
I'd give it a nine. [thumbzup]
It looks like there might be room to put a thin metal shield over the reel to keep crap off of it. Even on city streets you can run through a lot...
How did she pull with the dolly from "Hotlanta"?
I know there are a few pulls coming out, especially the long hill by Six flags.
Does it get squirrelly at highway speeds?
Did you go through the weigh station or just wave as you went by?
Inquiring (nosey) minds want to know.

If it is only going 22 MPH in fourth gear it has to be in low range. There should be a lever sticking out of the floor somewhere to pull it up into high range.
I have found a deuce I want and I called American Collectors Insurance out of New Jersey, the same company I have my 70 Duster insured with, to get a quote.
I was quoted a full coverage policy for $50.00 a year. The truck does have to be in a gagage (I have one for it) and there is a milage...
No interstate travel involved. I was just wondering if it was possible.
I will prob get a lowboy and pull them with a daycab tractor.
Much safer with all the impatient idiots out there.
My old unit here at Fort Benning had what we called "Air Force trailers". They were drop decks about 35 ft. long with a long narrow flat space on top of the gooseneck.
I was told that they were the trailers that went with the M246 wreckers.
The unit next to us had a M246 and we hooked them...
Has anyone ever flat towed more than one deuce using two tow bars.
The vehicles I have in mind are parts trucks without engines or trannys so weight is decreased a lot.
I can't cut them up where they sit.
My big concern would be no brakes on the towed vehicles because of the engines being...
Red fuel is "off road diesel". That is fuel that is sold without road taxes added to it for farm and other non-highway use. Sounds like the previous owner was trying to save a few bucks on fuel costs. If you get caught running off road fuel on the highway you can be fined. Chances of getting...
