have that problem all the time on mine and mostly its a grounding problem. aluminum with the harness wire is not a good conductor combination plus combined with dirt and vibration all the time. i run a direct wiring all the time on mine on groundings.

what kind of engine are you gonna hook it up with. i got a cummins 4Bt. i converted everything to 12 volts when i upgrade. you have to convert your brakes too or you ganna be changing brake pads all the time.
