You have an M870 and haven't told anyone, I demand pictures, did you change the pin.
Congrats on the Grandchild, be sure to post official notice, once the new troop arrives.

I'd like to see a trailer capable of holding 13k and only weights 2500-3000 lbs itself...
Ford lists the 2002 7.3L powered F250 at 14,400 fifth wheel tow capacity. Or 12,500 bumper pull. This is based on standard equipment.
I think you better find a safer option.
The warning light for the brake engaged always stays on. Just a heads up so you don't go stir crazy the buzzer will always go off. The light for air pressure should go off at 65-70 PSI but the light for the brake and buzzer will stay on so long as it's applied.
That's a pretty good description...threw me off the first couple times I did it as well. Thought someone was honking at me...till I set the brake in the middle of no where...
Nice story, I thought you had a bad ending after the picture and first few sentences.
I love to take the boys out in the trucks, hesitant with the M925 as the seat belts don't work...
$1650 for M1009...sold
It's a CUCV they all have issues for the uninformed. Most people don't understand the electrical system which is the big problem they have. I think all MV's can be reliable if you know the TM's keep them maintained and don't abuse them. But then again that goes for...
If the M105 is empty I just pick it up and set it in the Pintle. Aaron is right the lunette is to tall to use the landing gear to lower the trailer onto a pintle hook that's low.
In fact if I use my M915 and the tail end is lower than the nose and the back of the trailer is higher than it's...
Already having a M925 I'd buy both, mostly because I have a project in mind for a M818...LOL
If they were both toys and both cost the same the 818 is far cheaper for me to register at $10 a year vs the $500+ the 900 costs. Year makes a big difference, and in ND over 40 is antique.
Nope these are designed to drop in the 2"+ hole in the M871 bed and have a ring to attach Cargo webbing tie down straps to. There is a picture in the -14 but none of the NSN's listed with the BII items come up with pictures.
I think I can make something a tad more usefull than what the...
Yup that's them, which is why I figured I could just make them.
I was hoping someone had dimensions other than what I can make work. Granted I like the idea of making it fit my needs but at the same time I'd like it to feel like origional equipment for the trailer.
I'm also looking for the...
I'm fortunate enough to have a complete set of sides for my M871 what I don't have are the bows for the top.
I know there are a few members that do.
I couldn't find dimensions in the TM. And rather than try and find all of them I was thinking it would be easy enough to just make my own.
