    Help with GL

K I've done three and have never got an email with a link to the EUC form...but it could be my email. I fill out an EUC in advance, it is for the event not the lot so filling it out in advance is really easy, just use the form section. I think everyone screws up their first one, I even coached...

    M915A1 parts

Bruce, your right the OEM supplied ones had a metal cage. However as manufactures change production over the years I wouldn't be surprised if these were in fact the same NSN with different part numbers but suitable sups for each other. Technically there is nothing wrong with a plastic cage and...

    M870A1 Recovery with Tru-Hitch

I guess I assumed that since they are covered in the same tech data they were made by the same company. My bad... Load king still makes the civilian version of the the M870.

    M870A1 Recovery with Tru-Hitch

If you were serious the trunnion tube connects the equalizing beam to the frame the bushing is obvious, but its a key component of the suspension. It's quite the procedure to replace...good thing you have an M816's LOL

    M870A1 Recovery with Tru-Hitch

In all my years with military trailers the data plate is the only marking of any kind I've found. That being said, it's not all together possible there isn't another point of identification. The M870 series trailer was manufactured in Elk Point, SD by Load King their number is (888) 264-5522...

"Extreme MV wheelin" in Las Cruces NM....

Didn't mean to step on any toes but I've been a fan of the Scorpion since I saw it back in the late 90's. Weird that I began following your work here because I love you M920, should have seen my face when I figured out you designed the Scorpion. I'm probably one of your biggest fans... Yes...

"Extreme MV wheelin" in Las Cruces NM....

I found this pic, early version. However you can see how the triangulated rear end is positioned between two airbags. This allows the amazing articulation while still keeping your backbone in one piece. Think about the rear end as being a bikes swingarm...

"Extreme MV wheelin" in Las Cruces NM....

I'm not sure how Soni's Mk-I and Mk-II are setup but I believe the current production by Preferred Chassis uses a cantilever suspension of sorts. Don't quote me on that I've never seen one in person... Still deciding if I want to spend the 87k or just attempt to build one...

    20 ton Crane axles

Just google the TM it will come up on both Combat index and tpub, both require an account to download however the tpub site will let you read the entire TM online. And I concur with Ron, although you may need to bring in the old seal if intact or test fit a few, to find one that works. I've...

Hey that looks awesome... Now I'm curious what you sell that you need that sweet of packaging room. I'd love to do something similar.

    20 ton Crane axles

I just looked up the part number found a NSN, and then found a technical manual that used it...once I had the TM I verified that the whole trail of breadcrumbs in fact lead to something real. The hard part was finding an NSN against a prt# that is obsolete. Sometimes I have my days...

10.17 I edited my post, I missed the second image of the front steering axle tag. I also posted the TM and an image of an actual M-200 crane. Sorry
