I did a good deed once (I've only had my HMMWV for a year and in FL there aren't a lot of stuck people) and it didn't turn out so well - but the story is kinda funny...
So about a week after I got my MV I went cruising with my brother and sister in law and their two kids late one afternoon...
So... I'm a bit confused, are you looking for a HMMWV to do the work on now yourself (or have done), or do you strictly need to find one where the work is complete.

Wouldn't an storing your crane boom in an extended position also mean extended hydraulic pistons? I would be worried about pitting and rust forming on the polished surfaces. Or am I an idiot?
That's pretty neat - it really shows that there is a chance for those old soldiers to become civilians after they complete their tour... and fancy ones at that!
