I don't know if the tires can be balanced but the one's on my truck 1400's are very bad at 50 or 60 mph and I don't plan on keeping them on if I keep the truck....

There is a product that you can spray on rust and it turns it black and seal it and keeps it from rusting again . I have some of it left in the shop ( which sorry it is several miles away at this time ) I used it to restore a very rusty 101 trailer and kept it for several months before selling...

Believe it or not the clearance between the two doors are not very forgiving, bend one for what ever reason and they will destroy the other. That is going to be tougher to fix than you think. Good luck to you if that's all the damage there is then it will be a nice find .....
