my swag is that lift, oversized tires, and rim offset change were all critical factors in changing the center of gravity. I see trucks on the road like this and I either speed up or slow way down to get away from them. In many States there are laws about tires extending past a fender would fail...
My swag is all the race cars, vintage stuff, Jap & Chinese mini cars/trucks, military, etc has to be a pain to process. VT might want out. All these state dmv go to national conventions where beaurocrats share ideas and feed off each other. It is no coincidence that multiple states are...
The bfg baja tires are a civilian tread and far superior to goodyear in my opinion. Have you checked air pressure, tire balance?, shocks. Front end? Ujoints. Driveshaft?
Thumping is not normal and I suspect not a tire issue
Remember this is a gray area that Vt allowed in having vehicles registered in their state but domicile elsewhere. Do you really want to rattle them and pizz off the golden goose.

They might want out of the market as many...

The original is a simple safety pin either rounded or square with a lanyard. Pins can be found at hardware or any parts store. I got some 1/8 stainless wire and ferules at home depot and made my own lanyard. You will need 2 of everything as the handle also has it own pin and lanyard.
Welcome to the madness! Buckle up and hold on.
My son used to teach at the Outdoor Academy close by. Beautiful scenery and country! Go check out sliding rock. It is a blast :)
Cogs make no difference . Dayco and goodyear use them but gates does not. If the belt has a number starting with K any parts store can supply.
Serpentine belts have a universal numbering system.
Number of grooves and overall length.
The black one is for electric warn winch. They have the same cannon dash plug.
You need yellow or rewire the black one for milemarker hydraulic winch. There are threads here on how to do it.
Maybe not the answer you seek or the right one but 3 inches is not a huge deal and can hardly be noticed. Especially if you mod the fenders & add conspicuity tape plus add mud flaps, no one will bother you.
I have run dually m105 and m107 trailers with stock fenders and not had any leo issues...
