Does anyone have the dimensions on the clutch pilot bushing? I know it's has a 3/4" bore. I can't see paying $18 for one they are available much cheaper from commercial suppliers I just need to know the OD and length. Thanks.

I think the viscosity is more important than specific gravity. I am not sure that there is much difference on petroleum products as it relates to that.

When you order a thermo couple there are several options as to what size fitting, length of probe and cable straight or 90*. The one I used I believe was a 1/8" NPT with a 90* end. That allowed an easier fit to route the cable.
