I think they will clear just fine. 15.5/80R20s are about the same size as 395/85R20s and they both have the same bead style as 14.00R20s. So, no problem to use your 20x10 2-pc wheels.
Typical application for those G-20 tires are the PLS M1076 trailers.
Take another look at that chart: problem is you got that part number wrong: GG is 708231, not 708321

I would love to know what "Uncle" paid for those (8145-01-231-3747). Certainly over a grand, a piece - even considering large quantity orders.
Not 4 times; just one - or maybe a second full turn. There are 2 TDC positions for each cylinder; only one of them is correct for your purpose.
Remember, it's a four stroke, requiring 2 full crankshaft revolutions to complete all four.
It will be the rocker arms and push rods that are "loose"...
Should be Top Dead Center, at the end of the compression stroke. Both valves are closed, at that time.
And yes, cylinders on engines are always counted 1- and up, going from front to rear.
Better than other brands - same size, IMHO.
But as Coug said, if you had a tire that sat kind of flat for months due to low air/ heavy weight it may have deformed, permanently.
