Well planning on the swap with my M108. Finally got a good donor truck. Is the front cross member that needs to be changed the same on winch and non winch truck?
You know im a purist but I think those are great. I bet these were converted in the early 50s when they were worth pennies. If all had been saved none would be worth anything.

I have a truck sold by GL back in January . The event Id was TA13357. However I have never seen an event on gl begin with that. Also nothing listed in search

The condition of the M151s at Barstow were. dependent on where it was in the stacks. Top rack position being the worst with the most weather exposure. Interior bottom racks almost like being in a garage . These were the ones you wanted. no rubber deteriorating and very good condition...
