Power Packer
PP975900
Something in my head is saying there is something else too. Did you ask power packer for a superseeded number?
Part of problem with pulling cab up with something is the cab is tinfoil-ish and something that wraps up and over may deform the cab.. might only be enough deformation to pop out the windishield.... but that is enough.
Well..... least your keeping up with the best medicine. Humor aka- laughter is the best medicine. Granted that blanket statement fails to express that there is times laughing inside may be better way. Laughing out Loud .... Hurts sometimes.

look up the NSN number on the tag. Might be the light duty tow bar and not adequate for our size rigs. If it is the IbisTek... make sure it is not the one that was fazed out due to breakages. Dont think it is though

for others safety..... there is an OVER lean / tip past point, on our truck's cab. There is a pocket the cab lift ram is suppose to slip into to make the cab unable to come back down if pressure is lost...
there is several attempts of similar. Think only one has been partially completed. It has no interior? Not sure it even moves on its on power yet and it got chassis and axles under it years ago... if not a decade ago. Can't recall for sure.
How did you determine they are fine? Continuity test with a meter? [
what flashes? a small light inside the switch orr?
No your first thought is correct... some relays you can hear their INITIAL click on.
Try swapping some circuit breakers of same level if you have not already. Same...
Just a heads up..... along there somewhere came to a point.... putting AO type CTIS controllers in an A1..... can FUBAR things. Use the black ones only

@Logan_UA - just for clarity- is this an electrically heated glass windshield? - Or is this issue with the cab heater not putting out hot air? or is the cab heater not diverting hot air to the windshield area?
If heated windshield with heater wires, ask relative if in/on the glass; is there...
