Somewhere on the SS site I read that our M1101/1102 trailer hitches were Titan Model 6 actuators. If true (I have not needed to order hitch parts) other options for those of us who cannot hold fire:

A guy on this thread talks about setting his machine on a pallet and then using a pallet jack to move it around. Lot of good ideas about mounting casters, too.

My 803 sits outside my house and I run it every 3 months for 2 hours minimum at 80-100% load. We all know periodic exercise is important for these generators. I've got an 802 I ran hard and replaced what needed replacing last year then took it to the country. I hadn't seen it in 7 months and...
Understand. Your question was answered and you've ordered what you need. But I ran down the research 'rabbit hole' trying to understand the Mil to Civ data sheet and what that told us. I do that sometimes and Chris is quite helpful with this sort of thing. This probably explains why one...
I looked at it.....just had a hard time understanding what I was looking at. Will study some more!!
OK: Search document on F03A125V30A and at the bottom of column it says "*** Commercial version is ABC
Series. See Data Sheet 2000 for more information."
And I got no data sheet 2000....but...
I've bought some items from Talon before:

Mouser is usually pretty good, can't explain price difference:

LITD - Awesome job!! I will not be able to follow your lead though: I already installed a critical piece of equipment where you have your 120volt plug.
You might want to read ARMY TM 9-6115-643-10. It will answer your questions. I don't own an MEP-804A but reading the TM taught me that:
You need to ground the unit.
a. At temperatures below 40°F (4°C) turn MASTER SWITCH to PREHEAT for 30 seconds.
b. Rotate MASTER SWITCH to START position.
c...
I had an opportunity to use this adapter while doing a test run today on my 803A. It worked perfectly. No leaks, perfect hose length, great fit to the Wavian fuel can.
Fuel pumps: get yourself a couple of these: https://www.summitracing.com/parts/atx-e1074 - Airtex E1074. You will also need a G-17 fuel filter for each pump: https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=293509&jsn=253 . Details here...
Excellent tip Light in the Dark: just checked mine and there is a dog leg / tab and a hole on the bottom of the switch position. Emndive, check visually to confirm that there is a tab in the hole below the switch arm. OEM switch should be mounted correctly with tab on the bottom.
Closed circuit completes the electrical path and the idiot light comes on. Open circuit cuts the light off. On the 803 the closed position is with switch clicked up. At this point the light should come on. Cover the light when in the down position because the lens seems to pull in surrounding...

Following up on TOBASH's connector find......and I, too, have no affiliation with any of these vendors. New LED lights and fabricating your own connector cords appear to me to be the...
I think the objective is to pull a civilian trailer with a military vehicle. If so, the LED lights will take care of voltage and you only need the correct connection cable. For the military trailers I've recovered with my civilian truck I used a connector cable I bought from Erik's...
