Pulled codes on 4L80E: Code 71 for RPM sensor.
Tested sensor per TM. Bad, full open circuit. Replacement in the mail….

Adjusted cooling stack positioning per TM to resolve an interference issue with the fan. Had to remove the side panels to fully access the two rear upper radiator struts. Fairly easy after removing the panels.

You only need a 2wd sector shaft. Great time to rebuild the box with new seals / bearings.
Most Saginaw boxes only came with 2 fittings for power steering pressure/return.
