Is that a fuel filter the wires are coming off of? If it is, those wires will not hook up to anything on the vehicle. You have a aftermarket fuel filter not original to the CUCV.
Universal Viton 6.2 diesel return line kit 6' line 2 plugs 20 clamps at E-bay. You won't need the clamps. This is the best product in my opinion. $30.00 bucks.
The part is obsolete. Delete it and plug the hoses onto the valve. I'm uncertain as to the function of the rubber connector, but they are not available, and bypassing it seems to work just fine.
