Edit: I looked at Eastern's and the NSN shown for the new style is what the PS magazine shows for the old style...
The sliding cover on each side is correct, the cut out in the first picture next to the sliding door is not. On the plus side you have both of the sliding doors, those are often missing.
I typed the number in the interchange search on NAPA and it crosses over to this.

I don't see where anyone here is talking about a 12v conversion. My plan B restores the truck to it's original electrical configuration eliminating the failed DUVAC.
Nice, I did the same thing with the AC, however I did put the cover back on. Post up any questions you might have and consider the Plan "B" modification.
Just repaired this same issue on a customers truck. The fusible link between the 12v junction block on the firewall and the battery was blown. Run a temporary jumper wire and see if that fixes it.
