There is a manual specifically for the engine but it isn't in front of me right now. The one my Brother has has the sequence for removal and install but as I recall the torque is not correct.
Funny, it's one of those base that I know where it is. I remember it and the Delk Rd exit off I75 for some reason. :-)

If you go with the civi version you already have the needed pulley. If it is just loose and wobbly you have to drill it out anyway to go on the Delco style.

Well, Gimpy and I got the mower to the point where I could weld it up.
I grabbed a small 6011 to run a bead on scrap to get started and did not like the way it looked so I opened up the dry tube with the MG500 rods in it.
Holy cow! At 130 or 140A the bead looked like a TIG bead. I proceeded...
We pulled mine with the transmission cover still on, just take the shift lever off the top.
Be mindful of the air line to the compressor. It was the only thing we crushed upon reassembly.

Put a civilian version in the truck and be done with it.
If you look at a 60A military version wrong (or right for that matter) it releases the magic smoke.
