If the valve is in the same place you are instructed to install it by the A2 retrofit kits, high on the driver's side of the firewall, in the engine compartment. It is just a cheesy little brass needle valve with a folded metal "T" handle, next thing in the line is a bigger aluminum block...
How about applicable NSN as a field ? That would help with finding things like alternator or transmission manuals.

Depending on the amps of the fan, the 120/240vac switches may not have a high enough rating (often different amp ratings for ac, 12vdc, and 24vdc). Not as big an issue if you are using a relay.
You can use a switch meant for liquid, the response will just be slower because they have the mass...

I bought the complete weather seal kit from Erik's. Expensive, but I think slightly cheaper then buying all the individual seals. They didn't have the hardtop seals then (~4 months ago).
