Well I know i'm getting fuel...I put a hose on the air bleed screw and pumped out a bit of fuel just no fire to the engine...I am going to replace the GP controller... when I turned on the key and tested it, there was power to all poles except the lower one which was cycling in and out... didn't...
but when i was hearing a sizzling noise I had removed the GEN1 bulb and ran like that for days the bulb had been overheated at one point and had slightly melted the panel... so after I cleaned the cluster i thought the sizzling noise may have been coming from there...but it wasn't.
my truck cranks but doesn't start... and I hear a clicking on and off while in the run position is it supposed to continue to click on/off while the key is in the run position?
It appears that they were charging fine...I didn't notice any drop or overcharge in the voltmeter... but then I had the mystery shutoff and so I have no idea if that was the cause. I doubt it though because I still had plenty of crank power just no fire! I used them in the locations to light up...
I just picked mine up on Wednesday... then my nightmare began. My trailer was full of humvee doors and rear hatches and my 1009 died later that day! Good luck!
